By downloading or using Bodygraph ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

Use of the App

Bodygraph is a personal weight tracking and progress photo app designed for individual use. You may use the app to log your weight, take progress photos, and compare your transformation over time.

You are responsible for all data you enter and photos you take within the app.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Bodygraph offers a free tier with limited features and a premium subscription ("Bodygraph Pro") with the following terms:

• Free Trial - New users receive a 3-day free trial with full access to all features
• Monthly Subscription - $2.99/month, billed monthly through your Apple ID
• Lifetime Purchase - $19.99 one-time payment for permanent access

Subscription Terms

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device Settings under Apple ID > Subscriptions
• Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription

Bodygraph is a tracking tool only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Weight data and progress photos are for personal reference only. Always consult a healthcare professional before making changes to your diet or exercise routine.

Intellectual Property

The app, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by Onur Kuru and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.

User Content

Photos and data you create within the app belong to you. We do not claim ownership of your content. When you use the share feature, you are responsible for how and where your content is shared.

Limitation of Liability

Bodygraph is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, device issues, or damages arising from the use of the app. We recommend keeping backups of important data.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the app at any time without prior notice.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
